0:00 — Upload ads to MetaHey everyone, Owen here. Today, I want to show you how easy it is to upload ads to Meta and get them live within just a couple of clicks and minutes. Using our Launch feature, this is the easiest and best way to upload ads, whether you’re making images, videos, or just wanting to bulk upload.0:18 — Set up defaults and templatesThe first thing I want to show you is over here. Once you’re connected, you will choose your primary page, your primary pixel, all that stuff. That is all available over here in the Defaults section. You can also include other templates. If you have other clients, you can create a template for each client, for example, so that you don’t have to switch the URL, the call to action, or any default headlines that you want to use every single time.0:50 — Choose a campaign and ad setsNext, you’ll want to come over here and either select an existing campaign or create a new one and configure it properly. Then you can simply add in new ad sets to that campaign. You can also select an existing one as well.Once you’ve got your three to five ad sets, whatever your structure is, you can come over here and begin uploading your creatives.1:14 — Add creative and review copyYou can upload here or select from the StefanBrain Library. If you click on any of these, you will be able to see the primary text, the headline, and the call to action on all of them. That’s what will be going to Meta.1:28 — Group ads into ad setsIf you want, you can actually have StefanBrain split up the ads for you by angle, by format, and it will automatically put them in. It just took a second. It’s automatically grouped them by ad sets and named them properly. If you don’t even want to segment the ads themselves, StefanBrain will take care of it.In this case, I am going to delete this ad set, and this one, and this one. You can also undo everything here.2:11 — Review the status and launchThe last thing is these settings here. You can control the schedule and whether they’re paused or active. For me, I am going to launch them paused. Then you just click Launch, and it will queue the launch, and everything will go live. You can double-check inside your account. This way, you really don’t even have to be inside your Meta account. You can configure all of the data from Creative Strategist and upload all your ads using Launch.Hopefully, this was helpful. You can always reach out to me if you have any questions. I will see you in the next one.
Practical use cases
Go from idea to launch in about 10 minutes
When the creative, copy, account settings, and destination are ready, use
one workspace to turn the idea into created Meta ads in a few clicks.
Test hundreds of creatives per day
Build high-volume creative tests without creating every campaign, ad set,
and ad one at a time in Ads Manager.
Reuse a repeatable setup
Start from saved defaults or an existing structure, then review the values
that matter for the current launch.
Launch across multiple Meta accounts
Move between the accounts you manage while keeping each destination,
campaign, creative set, and review separate.
How Launch works
The workspace saves the setup while you work. It can also open a draft prepared in Chat. Nothing is created in Meta until Launch Ads is submitted. After that, StefanBrain shows a job card while Meta objects are created. The job continues if you refresh or leave the page. Before you start
Have these ready:- A connected Meta ad account and access to the intended Facebook page and Instagram identity.
- The campaign and ad-set decisions for this launch.
- Creative, primary text, headline, call to action, and destination URLs.
- Meta Ads Manager access so you can verify what was created.
Follow along
1
Choose the account and page
Open Launch. Select the intended Ad account, Facebook page, and Instagram identity. Choose No Instagram only when that is the intended setup.Confirm the Account summary before you continue.
2
Choose or create the campaign
In Campaign, choose New or Existing. For a new campaign, enter a clear name, choose the objective, then select ABO for ad-set budgets or CBO for a campaign budget.Use an existing campaign only when its objective and budget structure fit the launch you are building.
3
Configure the ad sets
Choose New or Existing in Ad Set. Use + Ad Set to add another group.A new ad set can start from defaults, a saved template, or a custom setup. Review the audience, placements, tracking, optimization, budget, schedule, and timezone.
4
Add the assets, copy, and URLs
Add creative through Library or Upload, then assign each asset to the intended ad set.Open each ad and review its name, primary text, headline, call to action, and destination URL. Use One URL, Different URL / Ad Set, or Different URL / Creative to match the structure you need.
5
Review every field with Launch status set to Paused
Review the Account, Campaign, and Ad Set summaries, then reopen the detailed sections.Confirm:
- The account, page, and Instagram identity are correct.
- Every ad set has the intended settings and assigned creative.
- Copy and destination URLs are complete.
- Launch status shows Paused. Check the label, not just the indicator color.
6
Launch once
Select Launch Ads once. Do not select it again while the button shows Preparing… or Publishing….A Launch queued card means the job is running in the background. There is no cancel control after the job is queued.
7
Verify the result
Read the final job state, then check the created objects in Meta Ads Manager.
Final check in Ads Manager
Confirm that:- Campaign and ad-set names match the plan.
- The expected number of ads exists in the intended ad sets.
- Every created ad is PAUSED.
- The page, Instagram identity, copy, call to action, and URLs are correct.
- Budget, targeting, placements, tracking, and schedule match the reviewed setup.
