# Check your usage and buy extra usage or video minutes

> Find your remaining allowance, choose the right top-up, and manage your subscription.

Running low on usage or video minutes? Check your remaining balance, then choose the matching purchase option below. Extra usage, video minutes, and Developer API credit are separate.

## Check your usage

Open [Settings → Usage](https://stefanbrain.com/settings/usage) to see the usage and reset information available for your account.

Use the displayed balance and reset date when planning your next batch. Do not assume a top-up for one balance increases the others.

## Buy extra usage, video minutes, or API credit

| What you need | Where to go |

| More regular app usage | Open [Usage settings](https://stefanbrain.com/settings/usage) and select **Buy extra usage** when available. |
| More video-generation minutes | Open [Videos](https://stefanbrain.com/videos) and select the minutes balance in the top bar when purchasing is available to your account. |
| More Developer API credit | Open [Developer settings](https://stefanbrain.com/settings/developers) and use the API wallet controls. See [Developer pricing](/developers/pricing). |

For video, the purchase dialog shows the available minute packs and their prices. Choose the amount you need and review the checkout total before paying.

If you are a team member without purchase access, ask your team owner about your allocation or additional minutes. Buying more is not available to every role.

## Check that your purchase reached your balance

Return to the relevant balance and check that the purchase has been applied before starting more work.

If checkout says the payment succeeded but the balance has not updated, refresh once and check again. Do not make a second purchase just to troubleshoot.

## Manage your subscription

Open [Settings → Subscription](https://stefanbrain.com/settings/subscription) for the plan and billing controls available to your account. If someone else manages billing, ask them to make the change.

For missing purchase controls, payment issues, or a balance that still looks wrong, email [support@stefanbrain.com](mailto:support@stefanbrain.com). Include your sign-in email and purchase time. Never send card details or payment credentials.
