# Products and projects

> Organize stable offer context, client work, files, chats, and team access.

Products hold stable offer context. Projects organize the work that uses it. Together, they help StefanBrain use the right information without mixing clients or campaigns.

## Recommended structure for agencies

* Keep each client's products separate.
* Use projects for campaigns or durable workstreams.
* Keep related chats and files in the same project.
* Share the project only with teammates who need that client context.
* Review old projects before reusing them for a new campaign.
