# Connectors and schedules

> Connect company data, share approved access with your team, and turn current evidence into useful work.

Connectors let StefanBrain use data and tools from other services. Team sharing makes one company connection available without sharing the account login.

Every member can open **Schedule** in the sidebar to run a connector-backed request on a schedule, such as a weekly performance review.

## Before connecting a service

* use a company-owned account where possible
* grant only the permissions the workflow needs
* confirm who should be allowed to use the connection
* review or revoke access when teammates or responsibilities change
